This product is produced by controlled drying of the olive pulp using heated air (not burner gas) in gentle conditions in a short time. It also contains dried water extract of the olive pulp. This product contains a high percentage of olive oil as no further extraction process has been applied on the olive pulp after the initial olive oil extraction in the olive mill. It also contains a high percentage of protein. To ensure the organoleptic characteristics of the product, it is produced immediately after processing the olives at the olive mill.
Polyphenol content: > 15.000 mg/Kg (dry basis)
Olive oil content: 20 % min.
Protein content: 10 % min (dry basis).
Moisture content: 10 % max.
Pesticides: absent
Presence of PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) is not detected at all.
It is used as feed additive for monogastric animals and ruminants.
